We’re looking for a highly motivated and collaborative individual to join the marketing team. The Demand Gen Manager is a critical member of the marketing team with ownership of the execution of marketing programs and campaigns to achieve demand generation goals and build/accelerate pipeline for Stonly’s sales teams.

You’ll help us identify opportunities for growth, and will be focusing on developing new campaigns, offers, programs, content, and channel tactics to drive deeper engagement and opportunities for our sales team with our ICP. You’ll have plenty of autonomy, but enough guidance and traction to be and feel supported. What is the role about?

As a Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for building and creating campaigns that drive demand for Stonly within our ICP. You will own the ideation, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel demand gen campaigns across email, paid, owned events, and ABM.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Demand Generation team to support business growth targets across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Growth segments.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our personas, products, and buyer journey.
  • Develop and bring to life new campaigns, offers, programs, content, and channel tactics that drive awareness and deeper engagement from ICP.
  • Write copy for emails, landing pages, ads etc.
  • Define segmentation criteria for lead database and partner with Demand Gen & RevOps on lead scoring model.
  • Partner with and support sales on messaging for event follow up and ABM efforts.
  • Help to identify intent signals and define how we operationalize and leverage them.

Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.
  • Excellent writer. Strong ability to craft compelling copy that resonates with our ICP.
  • Proven ability to take campaigns from ideation to completion.
  • Analytical - Able to understand and articulate what campaigns are moving the needle and why.
  • Ownership mentality. You’re constantly thinking of new ways to hit your goals and diving deep into campaign performance.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills. You’ll be managing several campaigns, each with lots of moving pieces, at once.
  • Hands-on experience building campaigns in a marketing automation platform and creating value for ICP.
  • High bias to speed and execution. You’re willing to help out with projects outside your job description, and can push things over the finish line quickly.
