Targeting troubleshooting

For Targeting to work, your data must be sent correctly to Stonly. Data transfer failure is usually the reason you can't target your users properly.

If we detect any data errors, you can see them in the Debug view.

  1. Open Stonly and go to the Widget tab.

  2. Open the User data section.

  3. Switch to the Debug view (to understand Debug entries, click here).
