What are AI Answers?
It's a generative AI that enables people to ask questions and receive immediate answers based on your Stonly content and external sources you select.
AI Answers work inside knowledge base search, both in a full-screen KB and inside a widget on another website.
They are available by default in English and French. More languages can be enabled on request.
AI Answers inside guides
AI Answers are also available as a special step. It works like an AI chat that can be placed inside guides and tours. Read more about it here.
