Each document needs to be organized in a folder. To create a folder:

Click Add new.
Select Folder.

When adding knowledge sources to an AI Answers step or knowledge base search, you can select entire folders. This way when you upload new documents to that folder in the future, they will be automatically connected to the step/knowledge base.

Uploading documents

Currently, the only supported document format is PDF.

Size limit for an individual file is 50MB. You can upload up to 100 files at a time. If you need to upload more documents, do it in batches.

When uploading documents, you can manually select their language or rely on auto-detection. If auto-detection fails, we will default to English and display a warning icon next to the document.
