Knowledge sources

AI Answers are our generative AI that enables people to ask questions and receive immediate answers. They can function as an AI chat inside a guide or in knowledge base search.

By default, AI Answers are based on your Stonly content. With knowledge sources, you can also give AI access to external content.

We currently support two types of external knowledge sources:

  • Public websites. Any page that doesn't require authentication.

  • Zendesk. If your organization already has a public Zendesk help center, you can feed its contents to AI Answers.
