Guide status

When you open a ticket in Zendesk, the Stonly app by default loads the home directory of your Stonly team.

This means that when you submit the ticket or pick it up from another agent, Stonly app will return to the home view. Some teams might prefer to preserve guide progress. This is especially useful when dealing with complex troubleshooting, that might involve multiple stages and more than one agent.

When guide status is saved, every time you open a ticket, the Stonly app will load the guide and specific step that was last open when someone was viewing that ticket.
