Automation step
Automation is a special step that allows you to do two things:
Automated branching. Instead of the visitor manually selecting a next step, they are automatically taken to the correct place based on data.
Server calls. Send a request to an API and integrate Stonly guides with other apps and systems you use.
For example, you could use automation step in an internal decision tree to take team members to the relevant conclusion based on their choices. Or to post a message in your Customer Success team's Slack channel when a premium customer completes an onboarding guide.
