Agent Copilot is the AI component of our integration for ticketing systems. It provides Support agents with these functionalities:
Breaking the ticket down into topics and summarizing each of them.
Finding guides with information or process relevant to the ticket.
Advising on the best next steps.
Generating answers based on the available knowledge.
You can also easily switch between Agent Copilot and the knowledge base view of the Stonly plugin.
