Adding an internal note: example

We can create a note that reminds the support agents about the response time SLA.

To do that:

  1. Open data transmission in the appropriate step.

  2. Select Custom text as the data to send.

  3. Type This is a premium customer, please respond within <b>24 hours</b>. in the text field.

  4. Type setNote in Target.

  5. Save and publish the guide to enable data transmission.
