Data features

The following features enable adapting content based on data. You can read about each of them in detail below.

Automation

A special step that allows you to route visitors to relevant next steps. You can think of it as automated branching. It also lets you send server calls to other apps and integrate Stonly guides into complex workflows.

Conditional choices

They make make particular steps available only to people who meet criteria you defined. If someone doesn't meet all the conditions for a choice, they won't see it in the guide.

Data transmission

A code-free way to send data to compatible tools (e.g. Salesforce, Zapier, Zendesk) or save it in Stonly. You can think about it as a simpler approach to automation.

Variable content

Guide variables are strings of text that display different content to different people in the same step. You can place them inside step text and choice labels as well as insert into URLs.

Conditional sections are fragments of content that are displayed or hidden depending on whether the visitor meets certain conditions.

Targeting

Allows you to launch triggers on your website only for people who meet your criteria.
