What are recommendation filters?

AI Agent Assist analyzes support tickets and recommends relevant guides and generates answers based on them. By default, it will review all guides inside a knowledge base. With recommendation filters, however, you can define conditions for the AI to narrow down its review to only a specific set of guides.

Filters can be based on content's:

  • Location (parent folder)

  • Tags

  • Title

  • Custom metadata

They can be static or dynamically based on values of chosen ticket/case fields inside the ticketing system.
