Adding NPS

To add an NPS step to a guide:

  1. Log into Stonly and open the guide.

  2. In a step, scroll down to the Next steps block and click Add next step.

  3. From the dropdown menu, select Special step > Survey > Net Promoter Score (NPS).

You can also create a new survey with one click using the templates. In the Guides tab, click Add new and select an NPS survey template.
