Surveys in Stonly

Survey is a special step you can include in your guides and tours to collect feedback: for example product reviews and satisfaction ratings.

You can also define next steps depending on the score in a survey.

Stonly supports two types of surveys:

  • Net Promoter Score. A standard NPS with a 0-10 numerical scale.

  • Custom. You can define the scale and style of ratings on your own.
