

What is AI Agent Assist?
AI Agent Assist is a new version of our integration for ticketing systems with an improved UI and powerful generative AI capabilities.
It lives directly inside a compatible support tool as part of the Stonly app and provides Support agents with three core functionalities:
- Breaking the ticket down into topics and summarizing each of them. 
- Finding guides with information or process relevant to the ticket. 
- Generating answers based on the available knowledge. 
That's on top of the previously available features: access to a knowledge base and Stonly guides directly in a ticket view and two-way communication for sending data between guides and tickets.
It's currently compatible with Stonly apps for Zendesk, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Freshdesk.
