Corporate Accessibility Statement

We are committed to making our knowledge management platform accessible and inclusive for all users, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is a core value in our design, development, and delivery processes, and we strive to ensure that our products and services comply with recognized standards of digital accessibility.

Our Commitment

We are dedicated to meeting the accessibility needs of all users and continuously improving the usability of our platform. We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, a globally recognized standard for making web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, cognitive, and motor impairments.

Scope

This accessibility commitment applies to all our customer facing components including

  • Guides

  • Knowledge bases

  • Widget

Key Accessibility Practices

  • Inclusive Design: Accessibility is integrated into our product lifecycle, from planning to development and QA.

  • Keyboard Navigation: All interactive features are accessible via keyboard-only operation.

  • Screen Reader Support: Our platform supports assistive technologies such as screen readers and includes proper semantic markup for ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) where applicable.

  • Color Contrast and Text Legibility: We adhere to minimum contrast ratios and ensure that text is resizable and legible across devices.

  • Error Identification and Guidance: Form fields and user inputs include clear error messages and guidance for correction.

  • Time-based Media: Any time-based media will include transcripts, captions, or other alternative access methods, as applicable.

External Accessibility Audits

To ensure we meet and maintain high accessibility standards, we engage with independent third-party accessibility experts to conduct regular audits of our platform. These external evaluations help us identify and remediate any potential issues beyond internal testing, and confirm compliance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Audit results directly inform our accessibility roadmap, and corrective actions are prioritized to align with our commitment to continuous improvement.

Continuous Improvement

In addition to external audits, we conduct regular internal accessibility reviews using automated tools and manual testing with assistive technologies. Our development team is trained in accessibility best practices, and we welcome feedback from users to help us refine our approach. this includes:

  • Monitor contrasts, sizes and margins/paddings

  • Running automated test (Lighthouse) to detect - for example - missing or inproper labels and ARIA roles.

  • Performing manual tests checking if new features are fully operable on keyboard only

  • Performing manual reviews on NVDA (Windows)

  • Performing manual reviews on VoiceOver (Mac)
