Description

The User Details Editor is a tool that allows end-users to edit the personal details associated with their user profile, such as contact information, working hours, pronouns, and more. These details can then be used in signatures. As a Microsoft 365 Global Administrator or Google Super Admin for your organization, you can define which details your end-users are allowed to edit.

The User Details Editor section provides direct access to the tool for administrators, and a link that can be shared with users.

How to access it

To access the User Details Editor section:
  1. From the header bar, select the cogwheel icon to open the Settings menu, then select Sender Management.

  2. Locate the User Details Editor section.


    Launching User Details Editor

    To launch the User Details Editor:
    1. EITHER:

      As a Global Admin, select Go to User Details Editor.



      OR

      As a user, copy the URL and paste it into a browser window address bar.



      The URL is region-specific and denotes which region your subscription is hosted in.

      The different Microsoft 365 URLs are:
      Region URL

      Europe https://eu.details.exclaimer.net
      UK https://uk.details.exclaimer.net
      Canada https://ca.details.exclaimer.net

      Region URL

    2. Sign in using the appropriate credentials. You may be asked to accept permissions to continue. For Microsoft 365 users, select the Consent on behalf of your organization checkbox before selecting Accept.
      This opens the User Details Editor and displays the Manage your contact details screen.
