Description

With the Exclaimer User Details Editor users can view and edit the contact details available for use in email signatures. The Editor displays your user details as they will appear in the signature and contact information can be edited in available fields.

Users on Pro plans can also download Meeting Branding for use in their video calls and edit their details for personalized vCards for use with the QR Codes signature element.

Managing your contact details for Microsoft 365 subscriptions

To access the User Details Editor:

  1. Launch the User Details Editor portal by entering the following URL that corresponds to your region:

  2. Select Sign in with Microsoft and sign in using your Microsoft 365 credentials.
  3. If prompted, accept the permissions request by selecting the Consent on behalf of your organization checkbox, then selecting Accept. This opens the Manage your contact details screen.

  4. The contact details fields Exclaimer currently uses to populate your email signature are displayed in the Contact Details section of the Manage your contact details screen. To edit your details, select an available field.

  5. To edit the details that appear in your personalized vCard via QR codes, check or uncheck the available fields.

  6. To download your branded background for Meeting Branding, select Download background.


    Select Download to download your branding.

  7. Select Save Changes to save your details. For Client-Side signatures, your details may take up to an hour to synchronize.

Managing your contact details for Google Workspace subscriptions

To access the User Details Editor:

  1. Launch the User Details Editor portal by entering the following URL that corresponds to your region:

  2. Select Sign in with Google and sign in using your Google credentials.
  3. If prompted, accept the permissions request by selecting Allow.This opens the Manage your contact details screen.

    Tip! As a Global Administrator, you can define which fields users can edit. Select Settings to go to the Settings screen.
