Stonly is an AI knowledge platform for customer service. Our SaaS platform helps companies (DraftKings, King, Estēe Lauder, Personio, and many more) automate their customer service with AI and interactive knowledge delivered at the point of need for both agents and customers.

The company was created 6 years ago by Alexis (former co-founder and CPO of Dashlane), David (ex VP sales and marketing at Calendly) & Krzysztof (ex Dashlane)

Product at Stonly is at the heart of our growth and innovation. As a Product Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our platform by working closely with our engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to ensure we deliver a world-class product that truly meets our customers' needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic vision.

  • Develop the vision for new AI products and enhance existing ones, driven by internal ideas, as well as analysis of market solutions.

  • Write detailed product specifications to provide clear guidance for the development team.

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to make informed product decisions and prioritize enhancements.

  • Collaborate with engineering to assess the complexity of features, ensuring feasibility and alignment with technical capabilities.

  • Work closely with product designers on user research and prototyping to create user-centric solutions.

  • Prioritize features and improvements based on both business objectives and customer needs, ensuring the highest impact.

  • Lead product development from concept to release, managing timelines and resources to ensure timely delivery.

  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and integrate insights into the product strategy.

  • Communicate the product vision and strategy effectively to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in across the organization.


Skills and Experience

  • Customer Empathy - Ability to understand and translate user needs into product requirements.

  • Collaboration - Proven experience working effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Project Management - Skills in managing projects and ensuring timely delivery of features.

  • Communication - Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Analytical Thinking - Proficiency in analyzing data to inform product decisions.

  • Building AI Products - Strong knowledge of topics and issues in the field of AI.

  • Technical Understanding - Understanding of technical aspects of product development.

  • Required Languages - Fluent in English. Nice to have but not required - Polish, French.
