Manage topics for the Text Analysis Report
The Manage topics feature allows you to make bulk changes to the topics your comments are tagged with. These changes are applied at question level. This means changes are only applied to comments that belong to the question you've selected.
You can use manage topics to rename or remove topics.
This feature is only available for Account Managers and Survey Administators.
Rename a topic
You might want to rename a topic to align with how your organisation names things.
To rename a topic:
Go to your survey's reports and select Text Analysis.
Select the question you want to view comments for.
Select the Manage topics button. This will open a modal showing the list of topics currently assigned to comments.
Find the topic you want to rename and type into the field.
Select Save. Your changes will be applied instantly unless your question has 1,000+ comments. In that situation, it may take a few seconds.
Remove a topic
To remove a topic:
Go to your survey's reports and select Text Analysis.
Select the question you want to view comments for.
Select the Manage topics button. This will open a modal showing the list of topics currently assigned to comments.
Find the topic you want to remove and select the circle-dash icon next to it.
Select Save. Your changes will be applied instantly unless your question has 1,000+ comments. In that situation, it may take a few seconds.
