Issue topic	Contents of the contact form header.
Issue description	Contents of the contact form body.
Email of the sender	User's email address.
Contact form title	Title of the contact form step.
[STEP TITLE] Choice	Choice a user made in a specific step before the contact form.
[STEP TITLE] Input	User input submitted in a specific step before the contact form. This option will only appear if there are any inputs in the guide.

Value	Contents of the data transmission.
Type	Type of data transmission, for example `step title` or `choice label`.
Target	Data transmission target set in Stonly.
