Import files from Excel

Create employee files by importing from Excel
To save time, you can create employee files into a specific Excel file format.
In your Excel sheet, you will need at a minimum to add the following information: 
  • Employee ID
  • Last Name and First Name
  • Date of birth
  • Hourly wage
  • Hiring date
  • Seniority Date
  • Department & Position
  • Enterprise (pay)

Steps to follow:

1. Download your structure
2. Download the Excel Import Template
3. Locate the name of the Enterprise (pay)
* Provided by EmprezUsed to save the completed files format : CSV UTF-8.
It is very important that the name of the payroll company, the parent unit and the position are EXACTLY the same as the terms used in your structure, otherwise the system will not be able to export the data in Emprez. 

- You must pay particular attention to spaces and capital letters.
- Delete empty and unnecessary lines.
- Leave no space between one employee and another.
