What is data transmission?

Data transmission is the ability to send data and trigger actions in external apps based on a user's interaction with a Stonly guide. You can set it up in each step. It works in standalone and knowledge base guides, as well as in content launched with triggers.

For example, you can use it to add tags to a Zendesk ticket when a user completes a guide, trigger an email notification through Zapier if a guide receives a low NPS score, or record answers from inputs in your data warehouse to analyze them later.
