How to create and add an event to the weekly schedule?
The events feature allow Administrator's to create and add an Event notification to the weekly schedule.  When an Event has been created, Managers see a bell symbol beside the date on the schedule that alerts them to these special dates that may require special scheduling needs.

To add an event to the schedule please follow these steps:
The Event will be visible and modifiable by all users for the management of the activated event.
Communicate to Emprez agents via the ticketing system to request activation of this feature on your Administrator account.
