Stonly is an AI knowledge platform for customer service. Our SaaS platform helps companies (DraftKings, King, Estēe Lauder, Personio, and many more) automate their customer service with AI and interactive knowledge delivered at the point of need for both agents and customers.
The company was created 5 years ago by Alexis (former co-founder and CPO of Dashlane), David (ex VP sales and marketing at Calendly) & Krzysztof (ex Dashlane).
Stonly is a global company with offices in the US, France, & Poland. We’ve raised over $22m from top VC funds Accel & NorthZone. Our ambition is huge: to become the leading knowledge platform for customer service - a $50 billion market - and become an iconic tech brand in the space.
We’re looking for a senior content marketer who can help us create world class content for our customers and prospects.
You’ll work closely with our VP Marketing to understand businesses needs and define our content strategy. You’ll think about content for our different target personas, and you’ll make sure that everything we create is high impact and high quality. You’ll have plenty of autonomy, but enough guidance and traction to be and feel supported. What You’ll Do
Oversee our content strategy and own our content calendar.
Ensure every piece of content we publish is at an extremely high level of quality.
Set qualitative and quantitative goals, and make the right content to achieve them.
Work with the rest of the marketing team to identify content needs, angles and ideas, and bring stories to life powerfully.
Act as a final approval on all content that our team produces, maintaining quality and consistency in both message and voice.
Focus on distribution. Consider how customers will find each piece of content we create, and over index on content that will give us an unfair advantage.
What You Have
6 + years of content marketing experience, with at least 3 in B2B SaaS.
Experience crafting content strategy aimed at attracting customers and driving business outcomes.
An eye for powerful, purposeful content. You know the difference between good and great, and know how to get there.
Strong organizational skills with experience working against deadlines and balancing quality and velocity.
