SmartgridX is an advanced platform designed to monitor and manage your portfolio of energy assets, including solar panels, batteries, wind turbines, and charging stations.

The platform enables you to benchmark your installations and access energy markets, such as imbalance markets and ancillary service markets (FCR, aFRR, mFRR), either as individual installations or as part of a Virtual Power Plant (VPP).

This guide provides information on:

• How to curtail your portfolio of solar inverters (sometimes with multiple inverter brands) and provides information on how to get access to the EPEX Spot, imbalance market or ancillary market.

• How to control your batteries and connect them to the various energy markets.

Depending on the type of asset, hardware may be required, or everything can be controlled via the cloud.
