Targeting in a knowledge base

Targeting primarily exists as a way to define who should see your Stonly triggers but you can also use it in a knowledge base to manage content visibility.

It's based on user properties. If you're not familiar with targeting in Stonly, read this introduction.

Targeting is available for:

  • Private knowledge base with authentication set up.

  • Knowledge base displayed in a widget on a page with user identification enabled.

  • Standalone knowledge base with Customer User ID provided as a URL parameter.
