Scheduling guides
Guides, tours, and articles can be set to automatically publish at a specified time and date.
To schedule publication:
Open a guide in the guide editor.
Click the … button in the top right corner to open the publishing menu.
Select Schedule.
In the scheduling modal, toggle Publish the latest version at and choose the date and time.
Click Save.
If changes are made to a guide after it has been scheduled for publication, they will be published, too. In other words, it is always the latest version that gets published.
Changing the publication schedule
To change or cancel the schedule, simply open the scheduling modal in the guide editor.
You can also access it from the content manager. To do that:
Hover over a guide in the content manager.
Click the … icon.
Select Schedule from the dropdown menu.
