To set up your Private KB on the IIS web server follow the steps below and ensure you already proxy traffic under the new address where the private KB should be available.

1. Set up the Proxy Knowledge Base in Stonly:

Stonly KB original URL = This is your Stonly Knowledge Base default URL, created when you create your KB. You can find it in your Knowledge Base Settings tab in the Setup view, under Default domain.
Stonly KB URL (path) = This is the new custom domain you will define in your Knowledge base along with the path where it should be available. For example newcustomdomain.com/help
Secret Key = This is the value provided by the Stonly representative. It's a key you need to use in your setup to authenticate a request from your server. Please don't share it with anyone.

2. Install extensions

Make sure to install the extensions below as they are required to make your Proxy KB work in private mode:
