Enabling variables in the ServiceNow application

To enable passing data from case fields to guides:

  1. Go to the UI Builder for the CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace and open the Stonly app's configuration page.

  2. Under List of variables to be sent to Stonly Integration provide the names (not labels) of case fields you want to access in guides (e.g. priority).

  3. Click Save.
