Monitor Stonly status and availability

Information about status of Stonly systems and issues affecting them is available at status.stonly.com.

During an incident or outage, appropriate information will be displayed on the Status page. You can also review historical data for the previous 90 days. For each system, dark green bars represent days with 100% uptime. Brighter green, yellow, orange, and red bars show past issues and their severity.

System monitoring

Status updates are provided for the following systems:

• Stonly website, for stonly.com and its subpages.

• Stonly editor, for the entire Stonly web app located at app.stonly.com.

• Stonly widget, for the widget, triggers, and requests to api.stonly.com.

• Stonly customers KBs, for knowledge bases hosted on Stonly.

• Stonly AI bot, for AI Answers and its features.

• Stonly contact forms.

• Knowledge base search.
