

Adding Zendesk Chat to a step
Opening a chat app is one of available step types.
To add Zendesk Chat to a guide:
Open a guide in the guide editor.
Go to the step from which you want users to be able to start the chat.
Scroll down to the Next steps block and click Add a next step.
In the dropdown menu, go to Special step > Launch external app > Zendesk Chat.
You should now see an Open Zendesk Chat step in the left pane.
