KB shortcut buttons

There are three buttons in the top right of the knowledge base editor:

  • Language

  • View

  • KB activation

Managing KB languages

Click the language button to access all the language versions of your knowledge base.

Select Manage languages to open the Settings view and add more language versions.

When you add a new language, static elements of the layout (e.g. the header and footer text) are translated automatically but you can still customize them. Folders and guides must be translated separately.
