To assign/unassign the conversation from a team member:

In the guide editor, open data transmission for the step from which you want to collect the data.
In Data to send, select Custom text and provide the team member's alias.
To define Target, click on the command assistant and select Front.
As the action, select Assign conversation or Unassign conversation.

You can also type the Target manually, without using the command assistant. To do that, simply type assign or unassign.

In the example, the conversation will be assigned to the user kris.
