To automatically fill in a ticket field when data transmission is activated:

In the guide editor, open data transmission for the step from which you want to collect the data.
Select appropriate Data to send that will be the content of the field.
To define Target, click on the command assistant and select Freshdesk.
As the action, select Set custom field and provide the field's name.

You can also type the Target manually, without using the command assistant. The command syntax should look like this: customField - [FIELD NAME].

Sample implementation

In the example, the ticket field Type of user will be filled with the label of the button clicked in the Stonly guide.
