Choice label vs Choice value

Choice label

Choice label is tied to the guide's language. If you have different labels on buttons for each language version of the guide, your Target will receive them as separate entries.

Choice value

Choice value is a language-independent value assigned to a step choice.

To create a choice value:

  1. In the guide editor, hover over the Next step to which you will assign the value.

  2. Click Edit value.

  3. Name the value and click Save.

Target

Target defines where we send the data.

This is a pre-defined command specific to each app: usually in the key - value format. For example, Salesforce - set-Case-Priority.

Click on the Command assistant icon to select from available integrations and commands.

You can also find the Target commands, along with detailed descriptions, in guides for relevant integrations.
