What are Guided AI Answers?
Guided AI Answers are a complementary feature of AI Answers.
By default, AI Answers will use generative AI to respond to visitor's questions. For some specific questions, however, you might prefer to provide a pre-defined answer. For example, if it's a complex troubleshooting process that you want to guide the customers through with precision.
With Guided AI Answers enabled, you can define such questions and the appropriate responses. There are two ways to respond:
Displaying a custom answer.
Loading a specific guide and step.
