What are Guided AI Answers?
Guided AI Answers are a complementary feature of AI Answers.
By default, an AI Answers step will use generative AI to respond to visitor's questions. For some specific questions, however, you might prefer to immediately take people to relevant guides in your knowledge base. For example, if it's a complex troubleshooting process that you want to guide the customers through with precision.
With Guided AI Answers enabled, you can define such questions and select the exact guide and step they should lead to.
Guided AI Answers are supported in English and French.
