What are guided answers?
Guided answers are a complementary feature of AI Answers.
By default, AI Answers use generative AI to respond to visitor's questions. For some specific questions, however, you might prefer to provide a pre-defined answer or immediately execute a specific process. Say, if it's a complex troubleshooting flow that you want to guide the customers through with precision or if the answer needs to use exact phrasing for compliance reasons.
Guided answers let you define such questions and the appropriate responses.
