Analyze content data in Knowledge Management Dashboard

While Global Insights give you a bird's eye view of how your content is performing, the Knowledge Management Dashboard allows for a much more granular analysis. It exposes a wide range of data points for each guide, e.g. special steps used, connected triggers, language versions.

The dashboard also supports advanced filtering.

Accessing Knowledge Management Dashboard

1. Log into Stonly and open the Insights tab.

2. Scroll down to Custom reports and select Knowledge Management Dashboard.

3. Wait for the dashboard to load - it might take a few seconds.
