What is AI Agent Assist?

AI Agent Assist is our integration for ticketing systems. It lives directly inside a compatible support tool as part of the Stonly app and provides Support agents with these functionalities:

  • Access to a knowledge base and Stonly guides directly in a ticket view.

  • Two-way communication for sending data between guides and tickets

  • [AI] Breaking the ticket down into topics and summarizing each of them.

  • [AI] Finding guides with information or process relevant to the ticket.

  • [AI] Generating answers based on the available knowledge.

It's currently compatible with Stonly apps for Zendesk, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Freshdesk.
