Remove existing access

You can do so in one of two ways:

  • Delete access individually

    • Delete codes individually - this process can be used if you have existing access outside of what was created in RemoteLock you wish to retain

  • Factory reset your lock

    • This will clear all access at once and allow you to reconnect to your device

      • You must be on site with the lock to complete this process in order to re-register the device on the Yale Home application
