Now that you have the key encoded in Base64, you can start sending custom properties and events to Stonly.

How to format your API request:

Request type	`POST`
Endpoint	https://track.stonly.com/api/v1/track
Authorization	`Basic base64(apiKey:)`
Content-Type	`application/json`

Request body should be passed in the JSON format and include these parameters:

type	`identify` or `track`	Required
userId	ID you use to identify users	Required
traits	Properties you're attributing to the user in `key: value` format	Optional
event	Event you're attributing to the user	Optional

After you sent your request, you should receive result: 1 as a successful response.

In the example, we send a curl request that attributes the team: marketing property to user employee_81.
