1. Check the Drain Hose

Ensure the drain hose isn’t kinked, compressed, or damaged.

Verify that the drain hose is installed correctly:
- Minimum height: 86 cm
- Maximum height: 100 cm
- Incorrect installation outside these dimensions can cause the machine to fault.

2. Check Home Plumbing

Ensure that the household drain your washer is connected to isn’t blocked.
A clogged drain can cause water backup, preventing the washer from draining and spinning.

3. Avoid Overloading the Machine

If the washer detects an overloaded drum, it may prevent spinning for safety reasons.
Try reducing the load and running the cycle again.

4. Ensure the Washer is Level

Check that your machine is level and that all feet are properly adjusted to touch the floor.
If the washer detects an imbalance, it may prevent spinning for safety reasons.

5. Confirm the Washer Can Drain

If the machine cannot drain properly, it will not enter the spin cycle.
Ensure no standing water remains in the drum after the wash cycle.
