We recommend waiting a month or two after pregnancy to use our period pants as it is so tricky to adjust sizing from bump, to postpartum body then back to (a new) normal.

Also, it's much easier to switching a pad, compared to climbing in and out of pants after a delivery. Our maternity pads are super absorbent, comfortable and can even be popped in the freezer to chill to ease any stitches and bruising. It's also worth mentioning that lochia (post-partum bleeding) varies substantially from person to person. However the brilliant thing about reusables is that simply by washing them more often, you'll never run out.
