The options within Sender Management help you manage your users' data within Exclaimer.
From the header bar, select the cogwheel icon, then select Sender Management.
Microsoft 365
In this section, you can do the following:

Authorize Exclaimer to read user data from your Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)/Microsoft 365 directory and maintain a replica in an Exclaimer database. This data can be used to populate user details in signatures and control which users get which signature.

Synchronize users' contact details with Exclaimer so signatures can be applied to their emails.

Synchronize Disabled Accounts to synchronize disabled accounts in Microsoft 365, such as shared mailboxes.

Upload user details and/or overwrite existing data from Entra ID.

Enable additional Azure AD Attributes to select which attributes to include in the data synchronization. This allows you to add custom attributes.

Enable Microsoft User Photos to synchronize user photos from Entra ID (Microsoft 365) to Exclaimer.
- Upload user photos to Exclaimer for use in signature templates.
Google Workspace
In this section, you can do the following:

Enable Access to Google Workspace. This process installs the Exclaimer application in Google Workspace and allows Exclaimer to read user data stored there. This data can be used to populate user details in signatures and control which users get which signature.

Synchronize users' contact details with Exclaimer so signatures can be applied to their emails.

Upload user details and/or overwrite existing user data from Google.

Enable Google User Photos to synchronize user photos from Google Directory to Exclaimer.
