1.1) We do not have a staticModuleId and for the Server Call data we cannot write a placeholder. This placeholder will look like this {{12345-XXXX|server|FALLBACK}}

2.2) When publishing, you will need to replace 12345 with the stepModuleStaticId, for example: {{stepModuleStaticId-XXXX|server|FALLBACK}} with UUID. When is started from UUID, it is more easy to extract it. So replace temporary id like 12345 with UUID

2.3) This needs to be done in many places: the template url and template body itself, there may be changes in the content, some inputs and various things, we need to understand all the place where we can add a data server
