Traditionally, meal planning has been an unenjoyable, time consuming task. The Planner has already helped other practitioners build more personalised & periodised meal plans, in less time!

Using the smart tags in the food & recipe search, you can very quickly build a meal plan for your client

Here you can add specific foods & recipes to meal times across the day & week, for example, one bowl of porridge for breakfast at 8am.

First, we need to create a meal block. Simply click the gold [+] button, followed by Meal. Give the meal a name and time, for example Breakfast at 8am. Alternatively, you can automatically add a breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and dinner block by clicking [•••] next to the date, followed by auto-add meals.

In your new meal block, click the [+] button in the top right hand corner to open the food / recipe search. Use tags such as breakfast and high carb to quickly find suitable recipes.

Press the [+] button to the left of the food or recipe to add the food to the Planner. Use the multi-add feature to quickly add multiple foods & recipes into the planner in one go.

The nutrition information for each meal will be displayed for each meal. The day totals will be displayed at the bottom of the Planner. Click the cog in the top right hand corner to configure the Planner settings. Here you can choose to hide & show nutrition information.
