New SKU Process

Have a new SKU to add?

All new individual SKUs (i.e. wine, collateral and merchandise items) must be created via the Wineshipping portal by navigating to Home > Inventory Movements > Create.

For kit SKUs, Fill out the attached form and send to service@wineshipping.com

Note: New SKUs require specific verification that may delay first receipt. 
 

Once the new SKUs are added in the Wineshipping portal

  • For inventory picked up by Wineshipping: We generally schedule within 2 business days. Note: During Peak (October, November, December), pickups may be delayed up to 5-7 days.

  • For inventory being delivered to Wineshipping: Schedule a drop off appointment with Open Dock. Note: Inventory arriving without a scheduled appointment may be refused. 

    • When mailing in or shipping inserts to our warehouse, list the PO on package and address to shipping/receiving or: “Wineshipping Receiving Dock” c/o client name... 

  • Once the inventory lands on our dock it is received within 2 business days and ready to ship the business day after receipt. 

  • Status can be checked in the Inventory Movements section of the Wineshipping portal
