If your vehicle is charging slowly, this is very unlikely to be a fault with the charger or installation. There are several potential reasons for this.

Check vehicle settings

The charging speed can be limited by the vehicle.

Check the vehicle's AC onboard charger kW rating - this will usually be either 3.7kW, 7.4kW, 11kW or 22kW. If the vehicle will only accept 3.7kW then the maximum charging output from the charger will be 3.7kW.

Check any charge speed limitations set by any vehicle app. Open your vehicle app and check that there are no charge speed limitations set.
Look for "charge current limitation" and set to the maximum or 32A
Check any charge speed limitations in the vehicle dashboard settings. Refer to the user manual for AC charging settings.

Check charging cable

If you have an untethered charger, check that the charging cable is a 7.4kW (or higher) charging cable.
Check it is free of any debris.

Monitor other home energy usage

All Cord chargers are "dynamically load balanced". This means that they will constantly monitor other electricity usage in the property and increase or decrease the rate of charge accordingly.
