Many signature designs include images, logos and banners. The following requirements should be considered when adding images to your signatures:
File types
We recommend the use of PNG, JPG and JPEG images.
Image file size
The maximum file size allowed for uploaded images is 300KB.
Image Dimensions
The maximum dimensions for an image are 2048 pixels by 2048 pixels.
Image screen resolution
We recommend that any email signature images you use are 96 dots per inch (dpi).
